Dim sum legend Nom Wah Tea Parlor is opening a second New York location after more than 100 years in Chinatown. Owner Wilson Tang and his team started posting on social media over the weekend about Nom Wah Nolita , a new location at 10 Kenmare St., as first spotted by Bowery Boogie .
