The annual New Yorker festival October 10 to 12 ) has finally unveiled its 2014 line-up, and as per usual, several of the highbrow events have a culinary focus. Among them: Writer Calvin Trillin will host a dinner/conversation with the team behind Russ & Daughters ; three New Yorker editors host "critic-curated" dinners at secret locations; and an open-day talk focuses on counterfeit wine.
