Brooklyn hitmakers chef Dale Talde, David Massoni, and John Bush are eyeing Chinatown for their next restaurant empire, with plans for four different venues at new hotel Joie de Vivre, as first reported by The Lo-Down . The crew, known for Talde, Thistle Hill, and Pork Slope, filed documents to Manhattan Community Board 3 with plans for four different venues in the hotel at 50 Bowery, including a bar serving dim sum with a prime rib cart, a restaurant with hand-pulled noodles, and a bar with a variety of hot dogs.
