New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio has created of brigade to seek out homeless people living on the street of "every block from of Manhattan from Chinatown to central Harlem,' after getting numerous complaints from residents. In fact the record number of homeless people in the city has become one of De Blasio's biggest political nightmares since taking office.
